Mission
The Holmes Center for Student Success strives to enhance the college experience for all Mississippi State University students. The center fosters a collaborative and comprehensive learning environment that creates pathways of services and support that enhance academic success, promote career readiness, and achieve degree completion.
Vision
The Holmes Center for Student Success seeks to ensure that the principles of access, opportunity, and success are embedded into the framework of success to advance persistence, retention, and degree completion for the students we serve.
In addition, we work to empower students to be active participants in achieving their academic and personal goals through interventions and programming aimed at promoting student learning and assisting students in establishing critical thinking skills conducive to the core values of Mississippi State University.
